FAQ

Mark your calendars, grab your friends, and start planning your trip to our beach: we’re returning to Zeebrugge for 3 days of music, food, and fashion on August 15 · 16 · 17!

+ TICKETS

Tickets are available here 24/7 online through our preferred partner, Eventix, or can be purchased at the entrance on festival days, if still available. Download your ticket(s) onto your mobile device, as printing is unnecessary.

If you’ve lost your ticket, didn’t receive the PDF by email, or encounter any issues, please reach out to Eventix Ticket Support at www.eventix.nl/ticket-support.

When buying a ticket to WECANDANCE, you automatically agree to our general terms and conditions and privacy policy. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another festival day.

+ WHAT IS A CHOOSE YOUR DAY TICKET?

The “Choose Your Day” ticket is our earliest release, designed for loyal dancers who know they’ll be attending WECANDANCE 2025 but haven’t picked a specific day yet. This ticket holds your spot at our lowest price until the lineup is released, giving you the flexibility to pick your preferred day (August 15 · 16 or 17) after checking out the artists joining us. Please remember to select your attending date before the deadline of 15.05.25, and before specific day tickets sell out.

+ WHEN CAN WE EXCHANGE OUR CHOOSE YOUR DAY TICKET?

You’ll be able to exchange your “Choose Your Day” ticket once the lineup is announced at the end of February 2025. At that time, visit our webshop, choose your preferred festival day, and use the code top left on your PDF as an “action code” in the shop to secure your official entry ticket. Be sure to complete the exchange before 15.05.25 to hold your spot. Missed the 15.05.25 deadline? Please note that a €10 administration fee will apply for reactivating your expired tickets.

+ CAN I BUY A GROUP TICKET?

Yes, as of this year, we’re dropping limited batches of ‘group tickets’ to our ticket shop! You get to pick: get 4 ‘Choose Your DAY’ or ‘WKND’ tickets and only pay for 3. If you opt for the first wave of a 3 + 1  “Choose Your Day” combo, you’ll need to exchange them for specific-day tickets after our lineup is announced in February 2025. Be sure to complete the exchange before 15.05.25 to hold your spot!

+ WHY IS THERE NO DATE ON MY TICKET?

You bought a “Choose Your Day” ticket! Those are flexible tickets to let you decide what festival day you’ll join us once our lineup is live. You’ll need to select your preferred day (August 15 · 16 or 17) and complete the exchange in our webshop to receive your official entry ticket with your chosen date. This flexibility helps hold your spot until you decide when you’ll join us!

+ CAN I LEAVE THE FESTIVAL AND COME BACK IN?

We have an in = in, out = out policy for day tickets, so please plan ahead; once you’re in, you’re in! After entry, there is no re-admission to WECANDANCE.

+ WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN/CLOSE?

Doors open at 14:00, the last entry is at 23:00 on all festival days for DAY and WKND tickets.

Friday 15.08 14:00 – 01:00
Saturday 16.08 14:00 – 01:00
Sunday 17.08 14:00 – 00:00

Please note that we have an in = in and out = out policy for day tickets.

+ WHAT’S THE MINIMUM AGE?

To access the Festival Site, you must be 18 (eighteen) or turning 18 (eighteen) in the year of the event (e.g., 18 in 2025). If you are younger than 18 (eighteen), you will be denied access to the Festival, except under the supervision and responsibility of your parent and/or legal guardian with an absolute minimum age of 18 (eighteen). A guardian is only allowed to supervise a maximum of 2 minors. Please note, consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 (eighteen).

+ DATES 2025

For 2025, we’re going with a 3-day event from August 15 to August 17. Here’s why:

Extended Weekend & Bank Holiday: This schedule taps into a long weekend, with August 15 being a bank holiday in Belgium. It’s the perfect opportunity for everyone to fully immerse themselves without weekday obligations, making travel and participation easier.

Only One Weekend (no second weekend): focusing on August 15 · 16 · 17 allows us to create one massive rave for everyone to join. And we listened to your feedback: many visitors expressed that while they wanted to attend both weekends, it wasn’t financially feasible, and they wanted the chance to see all the artists. With a single weekend, now everyone can experience the full lineup. Did you know 6 out of 11 WECANDANCE editions were held over one weekend?

RSVP via our Facebook event!
