Cashless & Refunds

  • Yes!

WECANDANCE is a fully cashless festival.
Your wristband acts as both your entry pass and digital wallet for the weekend. You’ll receive it at the entrance once your ticket is scanned.

All payments for food, drinks, and merchandise are made with your wristband. Cash can be exchanged for credits at the festival’s cashier points.

  • You can top up your balance anytime by scanning the QR code on your wristband, which connects directly to your Bancontact Pay by Bancontact app.

Prefer to top up in advance? You can pre-load your wristband online before the festival using our top-up link, which we’ll share through our communication channels once it’s live.

Any credit added beforehand will automatically be loaded onto your wristband when your ticket is scanned at the entrance.

  • Yes!

You can add credit at any time by scanning the QR code on your wristband with your phone’s camera.
If you don’t use Bancontact Pay, you can top up at one of our on-site top-up points, where card, cash, and mobile payments are all accepted.

  • If you lose your wristband, visit the Cashless Helpdesk on-site.

Our team can block your lost wristband and issue a replacement so your remaining balance can be recovered.

  • Any credit still on your wristband after the festival can be refunded via the official refund system on our website.

Refunds can be requested starting August 18, 2026 at 08:00, through the online link on this website. This link stays active for 10 days. After that, no refunds can be made under any circumstances. Once the link closes, refunds are processed within 10 working days.

Your credit won't be refunded in the following cases:

    • Your wristband balance is less than €1.50

    • You received free credits and didn't use them. Paid credits are always used first, free credits last, and any remaining free credits are non-refundable

    • The credit is part of a VIP formula

    • Deposits paid on cups: these can be exchanged for the deposit amount on-site during the festival (credited to your wristband), but cups without a paid deposit cannot be exchanged. Any resulting credit balance is refundable under the conditions above.
